Shipping time varies by location. The average time is 10-20 days which does not include 2-5days processing time.

The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

After an order is placed and payment confirmed, the order is sent for processing to a supplier. Once the product is shipped you will get a notification with tracking details.

We provide you with an invoice by default in the confirmation email that is sent shortly after your order has been paid. The invoice can be found as an attachment in the confirmation email, and under “order details” in your account.
